Xiberras Set to Challenge NDRC Titles with Top Fuel Supercars Steer

At the upcoming race at The Bend, Peter Xiberras and PremiAir Racing are gearing up for an exciting new era of drag racing. Xiberras, a two-time champion, will be racing with a special new livery on the PremiAir Hire Top Fuel Dragster. The event, called the Spring Nationals, will debut the newly built Bend Dragway and kick off the National Drag Racing Championship era of the Australian Top Fuel Championship.

Xiberras, who narrowly missed out on a third championship last season, is determined to give his all and is filled with anticipation for the season opener. With over 300 racers on the entry list and a world-class Top Fuel field, the event promises to be spectacular for both racers and fans alike.

For the first time, a national drag racing event will take place at the state-of-the-art Bend Dragway, offering a thrilling experience for all involved. Xiberras and PremiAir Racing Supercars driver James Golding had the opportunity to preview the new track back in August, and Xiberras even offered Golding a chance to drive the powerful PremiAir Hire Top Fuel Dragster, although Golding has yet to take him up on the offer.

The Spring Nationals will undoubtedly be an event not to be missed, showcasing the best of drag racing at a stunning new venue. Xiberras and his team are aiming for that elusive third championship and will leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of victory. Racing enthusiasts can look forward to an action-packed weekend at The Bend.
